We work with individuals and families across Maryland who use self‑directed services and want support navigating hiring, budgeting, and coordinating with their FMCS partners. We collaborate closely with participants, their chosen staff, Support Brokers, CCS workers, and agencies like Fello, GT Independence, and Public Partnerships to ensure everyone has the clarity, guidance, and communication needed for success.
